Devon's a reluctant follower of Voldemort, risen to Death Eater for reasons he doesn't entirely understand along with his twin Lance. He came to London to hunt down his cousin and recently got his hands round her delicate throat. He lost his cat Serafima when his first cover was blown and no doubt mourns her to this day. Such is life! Currently incognito as Driscoll Gillespie, an Irishman working for the Department of Experimental Charms, he keeps on in London because he has to, not because he wants to. He specializes in Runes and knows quite a bit about the classical methods of Divination although he is not a Seer by far.
